Parents & Students – SWITCH is just over a week away! As we prepare the final details, we wanted to take a moment to remind you all of a few things.
THIS SUNDAY, JULY 8TH:
Our Student Ministry team will be available in the Theatre from 11:30AM – 12:30 to take forms, final balances, and to answer any specific questions you may have.
NEED THE RELEASE/REGISTRATION FORM?

RELEASE & REGISTRATION FORMS:
A completed registration / release form is required for your student to attend SWITCH.
- REGISTERED ONLINE? If so, you would have filled out the medical release information on the web form. However, we still need a signed copy of the paper release form (you don’t have to fill out the medical info again) since this is what gives us permission to take your student on the trip.
- DIDN’T REGISTER ONLINE? Please be sure we have a signed and completed registration / release form.
DUE BALANCES:
All balances are due by Tuesday, July 10th. If you have a balance there are 3 options to paying your balance: 1) Cash 2) Check payable to Point of Grace 3) Debit / Credit Card
SCHOLARSHIPS:
If you or your student are receiving a scholarship and haven’t paid your $125 deposit, this is due by July 10 as well.
NEED MORE TIME?

SCHEDULE:
Students need to be at Point of Grace Church on Sunday, July 15 at 6:00AM the bus will be loaded and leave at 6:30AM.
